Some rules are not triggered anymore after migrating from RHPAM 7.9.1 to RHPAM 7.10.1

Some rules are not triggered anymore after migrating from RHPAM 7.9.1 to RHPAM 7.10.1. Is there any patch to PAM 7.10.1 to fix this issue/regression?
