Why do WinRM connections try to use a proxy even when the no_proxy is configured in Ansible Tower?
Issue
- When connecting with WinRM the no_proxy values are ignored and the connection with windows hosts fails while trying to use the a proxy.
Environment
- Ansible Tower >= 3.7
