Manual LDAP sync with non latin characters in Openshift Container Platform.

Issue

When trying to sync LDAP groups with the below command:

$ oc adm groups sync --sync-config={ad_sync_file.yml} --whitelist={ad_sync_whitelist_file.txt} --confirm

Group DN's ended up having non Latin characters in them like:

**Ö, â, ç, ğ, î, ş, û, ü**
