Is /boot partition dynamic in nature?

Issue

  • Is /boot partition dynamic in nature?
  • On checking the monitoring logs we found that two  servers the /boot partition had exceeded more than 90% of its file  system utilization. Could you please confirm if the /boot partition is  dynamic, as in it clears when it reaches a threshold point or something  similar?
