Cannot use fence_ipmilan fence device in cluster.conf with password script which contains parameters on RHEL5 or RHEL6

Issue

• When a fence_ipmilan fence device is configured in the cluster.conf with a passwd_script parameter which contains a script and parameters, fence_ipmilan fails to fence the device. It seems it only executes the first part of the passwd_script parameter without its parameters. Passing command line arguments to the fence_ipmilan scripts succeeds.
