Why update mesa packages fails with Error: Package: webkitgtk4-2.22.7-2.el7.i686 (rhel-7-server-rpms)

Issue

• When we want to update the mesa packages by using yum command like '# yum update mesa*', We will get these messages and cannot update the mesa packages:
