No repositories available on a registered RHEL system with a subscription attached

After registering a RHEL 8.3 system and attaching the 60 Day Evaluation of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Self-Support (100 Managed Nodes) subscription, no repositories are available on a registered RHEL 8.x system with a subscription attached:
# subscription-manager repos --enable ansible-2.9-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms This system has no repositories available through subscriptions.

After successfully registering and subscribing RHEL 7.9 server with subscription manager, unable to see any repositories with yum repolist command
# yum repolist all Loaded plugins: langpacks, product-id, search-disabled-repos, subscription-manager, susemanagerplugin repolist: 0
