After memory hot unplug via REST API the Defined Memory field in RHV-M displays different values from the free command in the RHEL guest

After repeated hot plug and hot unplug attempts via the REST API, the total memory value displayed by the
freecommand on the guest goes out of sync with theDefined Memoryvalue displayed in the RHV-M UI.In the RHV-M UI,
Compute -> Virtual Machines -> select VM > General tabdisplays:Defined Memory: 4096 MBRHEL guest displays:
# free -m total used free shared buff/cache available Mem: 28309 886 26929 10 492 26399Both memory values should be the same.
