Issue

  • On RHEL8 by default python command does not work because it is configured as unversioned.
    How to configure the python version in a kickstart file?

bash: python: command not found...
# alternatives --config python

There are 2 programs which provide 'python'.

  Selection    Command
-----------------------------------------------
*+ 1           /usr/libexec/no-python
   2           /usr/bin/python3
