Why do I get the following error when resetting my password? More Red Hat user accounts match entered email address. Use your Red Hat Login ID please. Contact Customer Service at customerservice@redhat.com please if you do not know it
Resolution
You will get this error message when you have multiple logins ID linked to the same email address and you try to reset your password by entering your email address in the dedicated field.
Please use your Login ID when resetting your password:

If you don’t know the Logins ID associated with your email address, you can contact Customer Service at customerservice@redhat.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Recommendations:
When log in to your Red Hat account, we recommend the following steps:
1. use a private window each time you log in to your Red Hat account (to avoid any anomalies in your accounts);
2. use your login IDs and not your email address to log in to the portal (when you have several accounts).
