How To Cancel Any Pending Or Running Sync Which Is Stuck Forever In Private Automation Hub ?

Issue

Sometimes the collection sync is stuck in Running/Pending forever and never changing state. We have to cancel the sync manually by patching the state to Canceled for the running sync.
