Issue

  • Source-to-Image build does no longer have access to serviceAccount token in OpenShift Container Platform 4
  • Build can't access or even see sa token under /var/run/secrets after updating to OCP 4.6
  • builder token missing in /var/run/secrets when running s2i build on OCP 4.6

Environment

  • Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform since 4.5.33 and 4.6.16
