Plugin "enabled_repos_upload" can't be imported"
Issue
When upgrading katello-host-tools package from an older version (katello-host-tools-3.5.1-2 and katello-host-tools-3.5.1-3 were tested) to katello-host-tools-3.5.4-1-el6sat, at the end of the transaction, the error
'Plugin "enabled_repos_upload" can't be imported'
is displayed.
