osbuild fails when trying to execute /run/osbuild/lib/runners/org.osbuild.rhel83
Issue
osbuild-composer is not able to create an image. The following message can be seen in the logs:
osbuild-worker[39770]: execv(/run/osbuild/lib/runners/org.osbuild.rhel83) failed: No such file or directory
