Unable to mount the OCFS filesystem on RHEL 5.4
Issue
- While trying to mount the OCFS filesystem, observed following error message:
# mount /usr/ocfs_fs1
mount.ocfs2: Could not access heartbeat region semaphore set while trying to join the group
