Why does the resource(s) not move to the other node when "pcs resource move <resource> <node>" command is used?
Issue
- The cluster resources are not moving to another node when I run "pcs resource move ResourceGroup node-name" command.
Environment
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7/8 with add-on High Availability
