Does fence_rhevm support authentication using cookies?

Issue

fence_rhevm command should be able to authenticate via session cookie. By using the cookie, not only it would stop the flooding of authentication messages, it can also limit the stress on the authentication backend (IPA). When the authentication backend fails, the cookie makes sure fencing/monitoring can continue.
