EgressIP in OVN fails to be assigned to a node with the error NoMatchingNodeFound
Issue
- Unable to assign EgressIP to a node in a cluster using OVN
- The error message indicate that there is no node labeled with the label
k8s.ovn.org/egress-assignableeven if there are nodes with this exact label
