Build pod failing after upgrading cluster from v4.5 to v4.6

Issue

• Before upgrade, the BuildConfig setting was able to clone source code from a private GitLab.

• But after upgrading the cluster, it was throwing the message:

error: failed to fetch requested repository "http://xxx/gitlab/project/xxx" with provided credentials

• In the pod description the below message was seen:

  State:      Terminated
      Reason:   Error
      Message:  Cloning "http://apps.example.com/code.git" ...
