Inconsistent channel name length limit while creating and cloning a channel on RHN Satellite v5.4

Issue

When the channel is being cloning a channel, can enter more than 64 chars in the "Channel Name" text field and the channel gets cloned without any errors. But after creation, update the channel by clicking on 'Update Channel' button then banner is displayed stating "'Channel name can not exceed 64 characters long"
