Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization hosts go Non-operational when activated
Issue

Storage for one of our clusters went offline momentarily and all hosts/vm's went down. If we put them in maintenance mode and then try to activate them they go non-operational again
/var/log/vsdm/vsdm.log shows: OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/rhev/data-center/mnt/server.example.com:_data1'
- The log in the manager reports:
Failed to activate Storage Domain <sd_name> (Data Center <dc_name>) by <username>
- A logical network was added to the cluster, but was not added to any of the hosts

- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 2.2
