RHEL CoreOS nodes using static networking, LUKS, and NBDE fail to boot
Issue
- New RHEL CoreOS nodes configured with static IP addresses, LUKS, and NBDE fail to boot after installation/provisioning due to network issues
Environment
- OpenShift Container Platform 4.7
- RHEL CoreOS (RHCOS) nodes
- static networking configuration (no DHCP)
- Tang disk encryption is enabled (LUKS + NBDE)
