Satellite upgrade to 6.8.4 fails with '/usr/sbin/foreman-rake db:migrate' returned 1 instead of one of [0] as a result of 'Validation failed: Override must be true to edit the parameter'
Issue
Satellite upgrade to 6.8.4 failing on the step of db:migrate due to foreman-scap-client port parameter override value not being set to 'true' allowing the installer to set the key type value to 'integer'.
