In Certificate System, cannot issue certs with more than 5 name constraints

Issue

  • In a profile, set policyset.GenericCertificateSet.NameConstraints.default.params.nameConstraintsNumPermittedSubtrees=7
  • Configure profile for < 5 (7 in this case).  The issued certificates only have 5 name constraints

Environment

  • Red Hat Certificate System 8
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
