Resolution
- Customers must use Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 or later to use the Broadcom 57711 controller.
- Customers using the 32-bit (x86) version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux on systems which use the AMD Opteron 6000-series processor (code-named "Magny-Cours") and AMD Opteron 4100 series (code-named "Lisbon") should be aware that kernel-2.6.18-194.el5 will panic on boot on these platforms.
