Baremetal node cleaning fails when http proxy is configured in director node

Issue

  • When http proxy is enabled in director node, Ironic fails to clean up a baremetal node
    • provision_state of the baremetal node becomes clean failed and its maintenance is enabled
  • Unable to decode response as JSON is shown in maintenance reason of the node.
