How Do I Configure WS-Security Without Being Dependent on JBoss?

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

Adding the following to a test client:

       File file = new File( "META-INF/jboss-wsse-client.xml" );
        URI uri = null;
        try {
          uri = file.toURI();
                ((StubExt)servebase).setSecurityConfig(uri.toURL().toExternalForm());
                ((StubExt)servebase).setConfigName("Standard WSSecurity Client");
         } catch (MalformedURLException e) {
          e.printStackTrace();
         }

will correctly configure WS-Security using "META-INF/jboss-wsee-client.xml", but it makes the client dependent on JBoss.  Is there a way that WS-Security can be configured without depending on JBoss-specific classes?
