Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform bootstrap UPI install failure, master nodes do not fully start with F5 Load Balancer
Issue
- Master nodes of UPI install show as
Ready, but not all services are running - Not all Certificate Signing Requests (CSRs) are approved during install, manually approving CSRs results in re-generating new pending CSRs
- api server shows
connection refusedamong the master nodes
