[OSP] Can I deploy virtual Computes?

Issue

We are configuring openstack 13.0 with Ceph storage. We are using RHV virtual environment for deploying openstack. Undercloud, Compute, Controller, Ceph nodes are hosted on virtual machines in RHV.
