Unable to set CoreDNS forwarding policy via the DNS operator in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4

- By default, the CoreDNS forwarding policy will load balance at random across the healthy DNS servers. There are other options to use round-robin or sequential load balancing across the different upstreams by using the
policyoption. - There currently is not an option to set this CoreDNS forward policy configuration in the DNS Operator according to the following documentation.
