Issue

  • Live migration of OVS-DPDK instances from RHOSP 13.z to RHOSP 16.1 compute nodes with nova hybrid state containers, does not complete.
  • Instance is reverted back to the source compute node upon live migration failure.

  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 13
  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.1
  • Framework for Upgrade (13.z -> 16.1)
