Condition by comparing properties in the fact is evaluated incorrectly
Issue
When a constraint expression has multiple properties like the following
$f:Fact( num1 > num2 )
and these property values are set in another rules respectively with update()/modify(), this condition is evaluated incorrectly.
i.e. Property reactivity does not work for second property (num2 in this example) as expected.
