Dynamic queue creation on broker via QDR

Issue

• We are seeking for help in below scenarios.
  we have requirement of supporting dynamic queues from client end. we tried to set up the address settings in configuration but could not get the traffic routed to Dynamic queues.
  Kindly confirm whether dynamic queue creation on broker via QDR is possible
