Issues sending email from 3scale SaaS

Issue

All mails from 3scale are not sent to the customers. But they do appear in the sent items mail box.

An email was received with the following content: "Our records show that one or more users with this email address used basic authentication with username and password for one or more of your SendGrid API requests or SMTP integration in the last 30 days. If you do not take action, those API requests will be rejected on January 20th, 2021. "

In order to access the SendGrid using our account we clicked on "Forgot Password" and changed it to another value.
