Overcloud compute node bond does not come up after reboot
Issue
- After rebooting a compute node, one network interface fails to start up during boot and must be manually be flipped on with
ifup - This happens using a linux bond configured for OVS Hardware Offload (on Mellanox CX5 NIC)
