Ceph - MDS high memory usage due to client having too many caps
Issue
Ceph MDS server has high memory usage and following errors can be reported:
health: HEALTH_WARN
1 MDSs report oversized cache
Client failing to respond to capability release
Client failing to respond to cache pressure
