CCSP Contracts: Support Models vs. Support Levels

Issue

We are a CCSP partner and must select a support level when creating the Activation Key (Self-support, Standard or Premium). With the CCSP contract, we only know the support level Full or Diagnostic that we can report. However, according to the CCSP Guide, we receive Premium support from Red Hat. Can we therefore select Premium support here?
