How to allow non-root users to start and stop vnc sessions in RHEL8.3.0?

Issue

  • The vncserver command doesn't start Xvnc service on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.3(RHEL8.3).
  • The users are not able to use vncserver command to start the vnc service.
  • Add the vncserver wrapper script again to allow non-root users to start and stop the vnc service.

  • tigervnc-server-1.10.1-7.el8.x86_64
