dstat --gpfs-ops gives error

Issue

• Running dstat with gpfs options enabled results in definition errors:

  # dstat --gpfs-ops --gpfs
  Module dstat_gpfs_ops failed to load. (global name 'select' is not defined)
  Module dstat_gpfs failed to load. (global name 'select' is not defined)
  None of the stats you selected are available.
