Does JON 2.4 support Oracle 10g?

Issue

We are using JON 2.3.1 and Oracle 10g. We are upgrading to JON 2.4.1 and will use the existing Oracle 10g database. Is this new version 2.4.1 compatible with Oracle 10g?
