Why some SSH Options are not Set When I launch an Ad-Hoc Command From Ansible Tower?
Issue
I'm launching ad-hoc commands from my Ansible Tower's inventory and I realized that the ssh options from the ansible.cfg file are not working here.

Ansible Tower >= 3.7.X
