Create all nodes of OpenShift 4 cluster in a single AWS Availability Zone

Issue

• Create all nodes belonging to an OpenShift cluster in a single Availability Zone while installing an OpenShift cluster using UPI method of installation.
• Is there any way to deploy OpenShift cluster nodes in a single Availability Zone instead of distributing nodes to 3 Availability Zones. Distributing nodes to 3 Availability zones is default behavior and maintained while using IPI method of cluster deployment on AWS.
