RH-SSO Internal Server Error during user updates on account management console

Issue

  • Getting an internal server error has occurred
  • Browser HTTP response code returns a HTTP 403 Forbidden
  • Nothing is logged in the server.log even with DEBUG loggin level enabled

Environment

  • Red Hat Single Sign-On (RH-SSO)
    • 7.4.2
  • Updating user profile on the account management page (like user password update/change)
