Share workspace between users

Issue

• If there are 4 users; user1, user2, user3, user4 and we created a workspace with user1. The url is https://crw.apps.domain.com/dashboard/#/ide/user1/nodejs. If we try to access the workspace with another user, by entering that url, and it gives Workspace doesn't exist, unable to open IDE.

• We want all 4 users to have access to that workspace, so that everyone could work on it together.

• Cannot view the Organizations tab from workspace dashboard.
