  • new instance creation fails on the binding of an SR-IOV port with:

Environment

  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.1 for controllers
  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 13 for SR-IOV compute nodes
  • Framework upgrade is in-progress
