Getting 'Account disabled' message while registering the systems

Issue

  • Error registering the systems while using our Login ID with the error message of 'Account Disabled'
  • Not able to register the system due to warning message of 'Account Disabled'
  • Ability to log into the Customer Portal, but not able to register any systems.
