[5.4][Xen] PV-on-HVM attach/detach is failed if you do more than 2048.
Issue
- PV-on-HVM driver cannot attach/detach over 2048 and this problem comes from forgetting event channel(evtchn) release.
- In detailed description, release hypercall is not executed.
