Are there any upper limits for the msgmax, msgmni and msgmnb options of the System V IPC message queue?

The System V IPC message queue has 3 tunable parameters as follows:

/proc/sys/kernel/msgmni: the number of IPC message queue resources allowed (by default, 16)
/proc/sys/kernel/msgmnb: the size of each message (by default, 8,192 bytes)
/proc/sys/kernel/msgmax: the maximum total size of the messages in a queue (by default, 16,384 bytes)
