"All workers are in error state" after upgrade to JBCS httpd 2.4.37
Issue
After upgrading to JBCS httpd 2.4.37, we began seeing the following errors after no other changes:
[:debug] [pid 16764:tid 8968] mod_proxy_cluster.c(1854): proxy: byrequests balancer FAILED
[:error] [pid 16764:tid 8968] proxy: CLUSTER: (balancer://perfbalancer). All workers are in error state.
If ProxyPass directive is removed from VirtualHost, it works fine. However, the same configuration worked fine in JBCS httpd 2.4.29, but it's throwing error since JBCS httpd 2.4.37+
