IdM server fails to start and reports that the network address is in use
Issue
In the logs of the Directory Server errors like the following are printed:
createprlistensockets - PR_Bind() on All Interfaces port 636 failed: Netscape Portable Runtime error -5982 (Local Network address is in use.)
